Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Siraj Academy. By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Siraj Academy operates out of El Sadat City, Egypt, providing online educational services including, but not limited to: Quran recitation and Tajweed, Arabic language for all levels, and Islamic studies programs. Lessons are conducted live via video conferencing platforms.

3. Student and Parent Responsibilities

To ensure a productive learning experience, students and parents agree to ensure consistent attendance, provide a quiet learning environment, and maintain necessary equipment (reliable internet connection, microphone, and camera). We recommend students arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled lesson.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Tuition fees and billing cycles will be clearly communicated during the enrollment process. We require payment in advance for each billing period. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of lessons until the balance is cleared.

5. Intellectual Property & Curriculum

All educational materials, curricula, recordings (where applicable), and resources provided by Siraj Academy remain the intellectual property of the academy. These materials are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed or used commercially without our explicit consent.

6. Student Success and Testimonials

We take pride in our students' achievements. Siraj Academy may request to share student success stories or testimonials on our website and social media. We will always seek prior consent before sharing any identifiable information or images of our students.

7. Limitation of Liability

Siraj Academy strives for excellence in education. However, we cannot guarantee specific educational outcomes or progress for individual students as results depend on individual effort and consistency. We are not liable for any technical issues on the student's end or third-party platform interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
